Every Friday, we share 5 trending audios we found this week on the 'gram that are easy to incorporate into your social plan next week! We choose ones you don't have to memorize many words to; you can do just hand motions and not worry about lip-syncing or pair with a stock video you find on your favorite site. (BTW: we love to use Canva Pro for this!)
If you're reading this blog post on your computer, you'll want to switch over to your phone. It's easier to use the audio links on your phone. If you can't use your phone and the link doesn't work when you click on it, use an incognito window to open up the sound link.

You can trim this so that the sound ends at 'today is going to be a good day' and leave out the negativity lines - whichever way you go about it be sure to tag us in your post! We'd love to come and cheer you on!
A reel cannot get simpler than this one! You just film yourself looking defeated, shaking your head, or rolling your eyes. You don't have to say anything, point, or dance. We would only add your headline to the reel with a CTA (call to action) to read the caption or do a POV-style post and have it on the screen with a short and sweet caption.

Every business owner knows this struggle! You sit down to do the ONE task you've been trying to do for the last few hours, and you keep getting distracted. This is the perfect sound to share for that one struggle we all have!
